Doomsday...
i seriously don't see a way for Ghostride to win here...
Doomsday has him outclassed in strength, endurance and sheer brutality... by the time Ghostrider got close enough to use his Penence Stare, Doomsday would already have smashed his bones into so much dust and stomped his leathers into the ground.

possibly... i could be persuaded with a good argument that full Zarathos could win against a lesser Doomsday...
but Doomsday at Full Power tore through the JLA like they weren't even there, he also wounded Darkseid to a level never seen before... and and Killed Superman...
unless people are saying that Ghostrider can down take down the entire JLA, Superman and Darkseid in his own now....

That's what I was thinking, the trouble here though is, Doomsday at his height didn't register pain, much less understand it. In Hunter/Prey he expressed more emotions, the OP said both at full power, which is basically Zarathos Vs. stupid Doomsday I think.

Still I believe it's not physical pain more like soul burning so even one without nerves to feel pain could be hurt

Well that's what we need to figure out now. We'll see what Methos has to say,
Doomsday would win...even Darkseid reconized that Doomsday was a cold souless being with no remorse for his action after Doomsday survived point blank Optic Beam blasts... I dont think Ghost Rider could effect Doomsday with Penance Stare at all... giving Doomsday a rather easy win against Ghost Rider...
ghoast rider put ranks into horror film sneak attack so he can pull off the stare. now as far as it working it depends on wether or not the writers were presbeterians. u know only humans haveing souls but since he has stared down other things i think there christans (the kind that think aliens have souls.) so stare for win,
If DD has a soul, then Zarathos can steal a few. Otherwise, I don't see GR winning any. I'm giving DD the majority but GR won't be killed by any version of DD IMO.

but ghost rider is the jason voriese of the comic book world he always gets another life with 1 hp just after the tough guy says "well he's dead" then they get a mechette to the face then the virgin goes and kills him.

Ghost Rider.
Doomsday will bat him around for awhile but his healing factor is ridiculous when Blaze isn't in control, which he won't be for long considering how hard Doomsday hits.
Hellfire will actually do some damage to Doomsday. Doomsday's fists will hurt but Ghost Rider will just reform.
"Doomsday would beat Thor worse than he beat Superman."
Uhm, not the Thor that took a squat on the Destroyer armor and mangog. Hell, classic Thor with plot device Mjolnir would destroy Doomsday another million times before he stood a chance.
