Just becuase the lightning bolt has adverse effects on Superman, don't think that it would spell the end of Doomsday.
Superman can survive the lightning bolt and he has a greater susceptibility to magic than Doomsday does, while Doomsday is as durable as Superman.
If this is classic Doomsday, I don't think that there is much in BA's arsenal that Doomsday need worry about - strength, speed etc.
The olny thing that help tip the battle in BA's favour is that he has the Egyptian equivalent to the Wisdom of Solomon to help him identify a possible route to victory.

Why would Doomsday be more durable to magic than Superman?
i love Black Adam hes an awsome character but Doomsday is a walking nightmare of murder and destruction tho it may be possible for Adam to beat him it would be one of his most difficult fights and he might go down with him

i heard from a dc fan that a rookie lantern contained Dooms Day with that being said Black Atom will be much more ruthless and will show no respect or remorse to a loser like that
Depends. Doomsday has the edge, unless he murders Adams family, or someone close to him. Then Adam tears him into pieces. Then teleports to Hell and kills him there as well, for good measure, and hands the tattered remains of his soul to Blaze to torment.
