This is a fun fight, I like your choice of characters. It would be a great battle.
I'm honestly not sure who would win. I like Doom Patrol and have read some of it, but not enough to really be versed in the level of their powers in depth.
However, I am guessing that Sharon would beat Robotman after a decent fight. She is probably stronger and more durable, at least that's my impression. And I would guess she is also a better fighter, as she has good training from her wrestling days and from Ben Grimm.
I have no idea whether Negative Man or Moonstone would win. It's an interesting matchup. Both have energy projection and intangibility. I am sort of leaning towards Moonstone as I think she has a slightly wider range of powers including superhuman physical stats (10 tonner), which I don't believe Negativeman has.
I'd be happy to be corrected on any of the above guesses.
