Doctor Who and The Master vs Superman,Scarlett witch and The Hulk

The worlds of DC and Marvel have just about had enough of hearing about The Doctor an Decide to end out superman, scarlet witch and hulk after them

Location: Wasteland earth ( This is not the set location it can be extended if any of them transports to somewhere else)

Blood lusted: Everyone is blood lusted. superman has been told that the doctor has killed lois lane same applies for scarlett witch and the hulk. The Doctor has just gone completely berserk because superman and his team hunted and killed every single doctor who companion The doctor has also unlocked his Full time lord powers being able to rip the vortex apart etc. The Master is in his "Destroyer term". Scarlett,Hulk and superman are all in rage and seriously want to destroy the doctor.

Tech: superman is able to use the JLA tech. The Doctor does not have his tardis with him {NOT YET!} basically because it was damaged and is fixing itself.

Will the doctor be able to survive long enough till the tardis arrives?

I'm not sure what you mean about "full time lord powers" but if you mean he absorbed the heart of the Time Vortex, which made Rose practically omnipotent, then Doctor stomps.

Superman bloodlusted is quite tough
