Classic Strange would win. MM could not defeat him telepathically either. Classic Strange is probably the strongest telepath in the entire MU. Here's an example of him defeating Moondragon (who has the Mind Gem as well) in telepathy combat. Just one example mind you.

Strange would win even without 15 minutes of prep. With it he stomps.

J'onn is awesome but not that awesome. Strange with 15 minutes prep is the end game that's more then enough to have more then adequate defenses. This is the one guy J'onn should be afraid of. Intangible strange has vast expierence stopping and fighting this as well becoming so himself. TP Stephen is easily just as powerful if not more so in this area, not to mention his defense is usually up for this as well as force fields so J'onn won't even be able to launch a physical assault etc

Classic Dr.Strange just needs a minute to conjure up a spell and blink MM out of existence

Classic Doctor Strange. He has thousands of spells, never mind he's always protected by force shields and has the best defence against telepathic attacks considering he does it himself.
