Doctor Manhattan vs Marvel characters - Battles

Which Marvel characters would be able to defeat him? I´ll go with The One Above All, but I guess there are more. Let´s see :)

Technically, nobody and everybody. Why? Manhattan has close to no feats. We don't know his limits. For all we know his best feat is making humans die. He has shown nothing to claim that he could take on the Marvel A-Listers, and he has not shown anything wherein he couldn't.

Though The One Above All would beat Dr.Manhattan in the Marvel Universe. As well as Eternity, Living Tribunal, Abstract Entities, Galactus, etc.

It is true that he has no feats, but there´s a DC rpg where this character appears with stats approved by Alan Moore which say this (I´m also putting Superman Post crisis stats so you have a reference)
