Doom gets 2 months prep, and can brainstorm with Reed Richards if he needs it the fight takes place in Tokyo Japan who wins

Specifically who is Doom prepping for?

This, I'm not sure anyone in SF can take base Dr. Doom, let alone a prepped one.
