Doctor Doom and Reed Richards VS Lex Luthor and Batman

Two geniuses from each universe that has incredible feats with prep, now gets a face off.

They have basic knowledge of eachother.
They get a week prep for a war in New York city.

Who wins this?

Mister Fantastic and Doom is the smartest men in the world and they powerful. They are the winners.

Lex and batman would both need prep in order to beat doom in a random for himself, also he has higher showings than both lex and bats ,this isn't even taking reed in consideration which I assume most people know

Taking it all into consideration though, Lex has dealt with superman and superman leveled beings.

Batman is smart but he isn't anywhere near the other three.

Especially not Doom or Reed, hell, Reed is probably smarter than two Luthors.

Doom could solo with little problem, and adding Reed just makes this a slaughter.

Maybe giving team 2 prep would even things out, but even then I doubt it would make much difference.

Mismatch....unless Batman kicks the spectre in the face and forces him to stomp the team for him. Lex just goes into hiding and uses his secret identity "Sex Luthor" while he waits it out.
