I personally consider Thanos to be better at prep.

DOOM reigns supreme while stealing all 3 of their powers. From the description only DOOM gets prep

@darkazrael999: Hard to decide , the whole whose better at prep is hard to answer really. I would personally favor Thanos, specially in a shorter run prep, but 30 days of prep the possibility for both is unlimited.

Thanos as well as Darkseid are pretty good with prep so that would help.

the real Darkseid is someone u don’t want to mess!! And on top of that u got thanos in there!! I love Doom but damn I don’t think one hour prep is enough

Unless Doom steals powers, Thanos and Darkseid should win. If Thanos were not constantly monitoring Doom, there's a chance he could make a mistake and use his cosmic power on him, getting it stolen and absorbed, but since he monitors him, he'll likely stick with physical and tech, and with Darkseid's help, they should eventually take him.
