Red hood has standard gadgets and 5 min prep but no outside help and no new gadgets just strategy

Doc Ock's arms can block bullets easily, but does he have the reflexes to keep up with a marksman of Jason's caliber? One lucky shot is all it'll take to give the former Robin an opening.

Agreed, I though it would cause a decent debate and honestly i don't know much about jason todd and im looking to learn more

All Red Hood has to do is just get in one shot. If he keeps it at a range, then he should win.

Ock.  I think his arms are probably sentient enough to notice and block an arrow coming for his head even if he himself doesn't do anything.

Doc Ock has been tagging Spider-Man since he was a teenager. I highly doubt Jason can compare.

Jason can use the All blades and cut him up

Ock stomps. Ock in his most recent showing was wearing bullet proof armor and had cardoridium arms. He can block bullets and close the gap with no trouble

Classic Ock could block arrows and lasers with his arms, so I don't see bullets being a huge threat.
