Stitch (Super Strength, speed, endurance) Peter Pan (Flight, dagger) Sorcerers Apprentice Mickey (Magical Power while wearing hat) Beast (Super Strength, Endurance, claws), Mushu (Fire Breath), Robin Hood (Archer) Cheshire cat (Teleporter) Violet Parr (Invisibility, Force Fields)

Marvel

Captain America, Spiderman, Wolverine, Spider Woman, Hawkeye, Havok, Doctor Strange, and Miss Marvel (Team picked to avoid characters whose strength fluctuates like mad, like Hulk or Thor)

Battle area unfamiliar to both, no prep time, all in at the same time

Cap Takes out Mushu.

Spiderman takes out Chesire Cat

Doc Strange pawns Mickey Mouse

Havok vaporises Stitch

Hawkeye take out Robin Hood

Wolverine gives Beast a beatdown like a boss then finds Violet and has Miss Marvel take down the force field then take her down too.

I'm not convinced Spider-Man can beat Chesire Cat. I mean, the dude literally removed his own head stood on it. I'm thinking you probably actually need some kind of magic abilities to drop that guy. That said, I agree with everything else.
