Battle 3 (Dex his not aware of what his oppenet his capable of he gets 30 Mintues prep

No Time helmet)

Battle 4 (Dex gets 2 Hours prep and his Enemies get 1 Day Prep fight takes place on Spooner street)

Battle 5 (Dexter know whos hes up against he gets 26 Min Prep) 
Battle 6 ( Dexter gets 3 Months prep his Enemy gets 8 Months Prep fight takes place in South Park)

Battle 7 (Dexter gets 4 Months prep his Enemy gets 9 Months prep fight takes place in Russia) 
Battle 8 (Dexter does not know who hes facing he gets 3 Months prep his Enemy gets 4 Months prep fight takes place in Nsville)

Battle 9 (Dex gets 2 Hours prep and his strongest Mech his eneimes get 30 Min Prep) 
Battle 10 (Dex gets no Prep but has all Tech and Mechs he knows what hes up against fight takes place in the Underworld) 
Battle 11 (Dexter gets 12 months prep and all Tech and Mechs his Eniemes get no Prep but are not bound by the Rule book)

Where does the third battle take place?

In one of the episodes of the Fairly Oddparents it states that one of the rules in the rule book is that fairies can be caught in a butterfly net but since the battle says the rule book is a non factor dexter cant use one on them

as if the fairies in fairy world would allow that and how would he be able to get to fairyworld without alerting the fairies and then alerting timmy and company and if he attacks without timmy and company knowing that wouldn't be a battle just a cheap shot and timmy is dumb enough to foil dexter's plan "

" @TheCerealKillz:  so in 12months prep...dexter..the boy genious (who is very clusmy and whose equipment has malfunctions)....who gets stomped everytime by his sister(who is less troublesome than cosmo) will build a machine than can throw and accurately trap two free moving floating characters who can do anything with a wave of a wand(not to mention instant teleportation)  in a butterfly-net with speeds faster than lightt....not to mention that the machine has to be functional and not cumbersome in anyway (like most of his inventions) and has to be able to operate it within a 0-2 second interval  "
