Rules

The battle takes place in the middle of Metropolis, midday, several bystanders, interactive environment, vehicles, trains, buildings etc. Morals are off. 100 meter staring distance.

Both of the are the most powerful versions, at full power, Random encounter, little knowledge of each other. No BFR, Fight is to Death, K.O. or Surrender

Who wins?

Darkseid should take this, he has shown the ability to manipulate magical individuals and artifacts before so what is effectively a powerful magical golem shouldn't stand a chance.

who is in the Destroyer? If nobody, il go with Darkie. His most powerful version should win.

Most powerful version of each? What about the Destroyer when "it" was a herald of Galactus of Galactus? Might be sorely lacking in feats. Had to throw it out there though...on the other hand...PC Darkseid was a beast...I suppose I lean toward Darkseid...

@Malevolent1: Strongest version of the Destroyer almost certainly when Odin used it to battle the Celestials. It was basically functioning as an amped up Odin at that point (plus all the rest of Asgard, minus Thor). It was also wielding the Odin Sword.

Next most powerful is probably when it fused with Desak, although I don't know if it actually did much (but Desak alone was a beast).

On the other hand, the strongest version of Darkseid is most likely Soulfire. In some ways it's hard to tell though; he temporarily imprisoned the Source, but at the time Starlin was completely spitting all over New Gods continuity, particularly in making the Source something completely different from what everyone had always thought it was, so I'm not sure what to make of that. If he's as powerful as I think he's supposed to be, then he should probably win handily.

Wasn't there an instance when the Destroyer was infused with the power of all the Asgardians including Odin? That version would probably take it if it indeed existed.

Thats the same version that fought the Celestial and got destroyed (The Fourth Host)

soulfire Darkseid should be very powerful, that way it was explained in the comics

So thats like 10 fold for every soul and he has the 100,000 souls, that should increase Darkseid's power by what 1,000,000 . That's holy hell heaps of power O_o
