Who is the strongest telepath?
Win by any means
Who would win
Sentry is immune to Telepathy.
Mismatch.
He a telepath who's immune to telepathy?
I'm going with Despero on this one as he regularly challenges Martian Manhunter.
@evoljeanyes: This guy said it best Enzeru--defunct
He erased the memories of all people on the Earth including people like Emma Frost, Professor X, Dr. Doom, Thor, Dr. Strange (which would be Classic Strange) and so on, more then once.
He was able to telepathically and empathically overpower Savage Hulk who was supposed to be immune to telepathy because of his brute nature.
People need his permission to enter his mind.
Emma Frost got the permission once at the beginning of the New Avengers and created a white room there. Later on when the Dark Avengers fought against the X-Men she needed the help of Xavier to even enter the white room again, where the Void attacked her and forced her to stay in her crystal form to avoid a takeover by the Void.

Yep.
You can't enter in his mind without his consent.
Then this is a stalemate...What feats does Thanos have with Telepathy. I remember I'm having to borrow Moondragon' s telepathy to fight. So he is the weak link here. Despero is a beast. Sentry will never beat him telepathically. He can be immune all he wants, he won't win. So stalemate or Despero
Sentry erasing everyone's memories happened twice. Once when he had help from a device, and the next time he did it unintentionally (but he still did it). The Sentry does many things unintentionally because he doesn't know the full extent of his powers (like bringing his wife back from dead). This is still a feat though and no one has been able to enter his mind w/o his permission. Thanos has insane TP resistance as well so I am going to say it is a stalemate. I would say Despero would stalemate too, however, I can see Thanos taking him down with difficulty. So if this is a fight with just TP being used, it ends in a stalemate between Thanos and Sentry.

He erased the memories intentionally at least 3 times showed on panel (and one time with all things related to him hidden in plain sight by a machine made by Reed, which emitted a permanent signal till The Sentry disabled it) and 1223 times implied.
@realitywarper: Awesome! It's been a while since I read that arc. Thanks for correcting me

Pleasure is mine.
Sentry's high end TP feats weren't done under his own power..at least not intentionally.
Despero is the most powerful telepath here by a fair degree.
He was never amped when he performed any of his TP feats.
And whether it was intentional or not he still did them.
We can note that he did it effortlessly against Omega-Level and Omega-Class Telepath and moreover without training.
That gives a good appreciation of his power.

He had a device for one of his world mind-wiping feats..so it's not valid.
He didn't mean to, and he's never done anything like that in combat. So why should it even be mentioned here?
Despero is the most powerful offensive telepath imo but apparently you can't enter sentrys mind period without his consent... With that knowledge is a stalemate
Thanos and Sentry are mostly defensive telepaths, and no one entered their minds, ever.
Emma had to go in Diamond form to avoid being controlled by The Sentry (with a darkness sliver).
Sentry isn't just a defensive telepath if he has already wiped his existence out of the minds of everyone on earth. That's clearly an offensive feat. Still ends in a stalemate IMO.
Despero, more established telepath imo. But darn Sentry going to mess up another potentially good battle, by having yet another power. Lol
