Tough call. Despero would be my guess though if there were to be a follow up rematch I would then go with Doomsday.

Well the OP doesnt specify which version, so you should ask him. DoS Doomsday barely stalemated Superman. Despero can manhandle Superman, Captain Marvel, Power Girl, and Wonder Woman at the same time.

A mace made of Nth metal which has magical properties.

This is really close. Both Despero and Dooms have taken the A-List league without too much trouble. That was when Brainiac had control of Doomsday's body but the physical feats still count.

doomsday fought wonder woman and superman who were not holding back and doing everything they could to stop him and he stomped manhunter and manhunter has did well and gave despero a fight before doomsday walked all over the Martian every time they fought he beat despero down.

I'm still going with Despero, although we still have no idea which version the OP wanted for this fight.

Despero would handle DOS Doomsday handily, H/P Doomsday should impose problems even for Despero...

It's amazing how many people think Despero can beat Doomsday because of the fight involving Superman and Captain Marvel. The sad truth is... the only reason Despero did so well was due to PIS, making Superman weaker than he should be.

The fact is, Doomsday fought the entire Justice League by himself, and did pretty well. He was also capable of doing this to Superman:

Despero had to bonk Superman and Captain Marvel's heads together... that doesn't make him stronger.

I know this was not the mainstream DC comics, but seriously... Superman has faced opponents more powerful than Doomsday.

Besides, even Despero beats him once, Doomsday just backs back more powerful than he is and BEATS him.
