Tough call. Despero would be my guess though if there were to be a follow up rematch I would then go with Doomsday.

Yeah doomsday was barely stonger than superman! but if he were to fight and loose against despero, he would probably generate more strength until he could beat despero down!

LOL , what , Despero is not more durable than Doomsday , he was hurt by Superman , Hal Jordan , and Power Girl , I saw him bleeding , when did you see Doomsday bleeding , he shruggs off Superman's and Supergirl's punches , survives a blast equal to million nuclear bombs , all the JLA focused their powers on him and he didn't even slow down , Doomsday pwns Despero in everything , the only thing Despero has at him is telepathy , that's all !
