Despero, Apocalypse & Cyborg Supes vs GhostRider & WWH

Ok, with these heavy hitters, I'd like to first establish some rules, so here's the situation:

WWH and GR are approached by Despero, CS and Apocalypse on a large remote island for battle.

No BFR.

No Penance Stare for GR (as with other one hitter quitters, I don't see this as promoting an enjoyable battle)

If the route is chosen to have Despero control WWH and have him attack Ghost Rider, then GR is allowed Penance Stare for the now 4 on 1 battle.

No speed blitz'ing.

Win by ONE death or KO.

If this is a stomp for Despero's team, add Gladiator (with confidence), and/or Sentry .

If this is a stomp for GR's team, add Lobo and/or Doomsday.

Since it seems as though the favor is for Team 1, please note the following changes:

Team 1 will still consists of Cyborg Superman, Apocalypse and Despero.

Team 2 will now consists of Ghost Rider, World War Hulk and Warrior Madness Thor.

Note, if one of the telepathic members of Team 1 possesses someone on Team 2, GR is allowed Penance Stare.

If GR is Zarathos he doesn't need Hulk.

I think team 2 needs more people as team 1 has two great telepathic's in a team with three guys who are around Hulk's level while Ghost rider is powerful restricting him is a bad idea .
