Honestly truthfully, whilst Marvel overpower DC by a ratio of 30 characters, its noticable that most of the assembled Marvel heroes are little more than street - Mid Level heroes. Now considering everyone but Batman and Mr. Terrific are all Superman level, or above fighters, its understanable how Marvel's team can drop like flies and the playing field be evened very, very easily. As it is, I see only Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, Vision, The Defenders and the God Squad surviving the first 10 minutes. Now, Dr. Strange can be stalemated by Dr. Fate, whilst Orion can easily take Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, and Vision single handidly, leaving the other seven members too take on the 8 strong Defenders, and God Squad. Whilst Batman and Mr. Terrific are definite casualities, you've got too remember that Batman and Mr. Terrific have 6 Months of PREP. Its a pretty long time, and Batman will make total use of it. 
 
Whilst there will be casualities, Marvel's side is so full with lower tier heroes that I just can't see them winning.  DC FTW!

Kyle wasn't mind controlled, was he? It was just that they didn't know Despero was controlling Luthor, or am I missing something. If he did mind control him, that's horrible writing.
