Rather than a straight up fist fight, a battle of wits, resources, and business. Like say Powers Tech/Wayne-Powers was trying to byout lex Corp. Or the other way around. Who would be the better businessman in this war?
Luthor cause he's got the most IQ a human has on earth in the present and probably is smarter than Powers
