IIRC Superman's best fighting feats are defeating enemies physically on par with him. Doesn't Punisher do that all the time, being a human?

He has shown pressure points as well. All though yes Frank has better feats.

So a depowered superman.. Does that mean human physicals? Punisher wins by feats alone lol
