I actually think DC can win here... folks must have forgotten how powerful Nekron was during the Blackest Night run...

He was simply an universal threat. And beating Spectre, well Black Adam did it also. And I think you agree that Nekron is >>> than Black Adam. Shuma has appeard to be more powerfull than any DC demon here. And for Chthon well just remember the House of M

Lucifer was never a Demon.. he was a fallen angel.. he was a divine creature gone bad.. very different from demons..

Yeah but that was Nekron and the black lanterns.  This is just Nekron, team marvel most likely because of Chthon.

Yeah but that was Nekron and the black lanterns.  This is just Nekron, team marvel most likely because of Chthon. "
Chthon is an Elder God, who isn't really weaker than The Vishanti.
Mephisto is the weak link here, because he don't have too big feats.
