SPOM: Powered by 15,000 years in sun with all his abilities retained, was able to ressurect the dead, create planets and even his own universe.

Superman wins. Demigra was beaten by two planetbusters (or one in true ending) and he never used his hax abilities in final battle.

Mods. Because the battle isn't allowed.

As far as the battle is concerned, Spom is about featless.. and demigra didn't fight all that impressive either.

Demigra killls him easily.

he can go back in superman timeline and kill him when he was kid.

Logically, considering Demigra's powers, he should win via time altering. Thread isn't allowed though.
