All of them can use everything at their disposal(Summonings, the whole nine yards, the only thing that can't be used is any BFR)

1: Ancient One said that in the Universe there's no one like Dormammu.

2. He wanted use to use Stephen like an vessel to fight a Goddess with 30 Cosmic Cubes( Each Cosmic Cube is Universal in power and can defeat the likes of Galactus) and he was awakened in that instance, much awakened, so at full-power he could stomp the Goddess, and he was sure that together with Stephen he could defeat her, so he isn't being arrogant because when Strange tricked him about the Goddess coming he said that at this level he wasn't ready to her, so he knows his limits and her power too, and it was confirmed by Roy Thomas( The Writer) that together they would win, so at full power Dormammu might stomp her badly

3. He have Molecular Control in a Universal Scale since he controls The Dark Dimension's Molecular Activity which has said to be infinite in size.

4. His Telepathic Abilities are above Stephen ones which have Mind-Raped the entire Marvel Earth on three different occasions.

5. Was wrecking The Dark Dimension by just getting angry.

6. While in Human Form( A LOT weaker than Faltine Form), Pre-Faltine Form Dormammu and Umar were absorbing entire Universes to put them together with The Dark Dimension, as well breaking The Dimensional Wall, and he also one-shotted Umar in his Faltine Form.

7. He was show to be above Mephisto, Hela, Pluto and Daimon in their Realms, they even needed freeze the Hell to stop his powers: The Flames of the Faltines. But only worked because they somehow were linked to that Dimension. Also, Mephisto fought Galactus in his Realm and Pluto defeated The Stranger which was said to rival The Celestials in power and is the creator of Ego.

8. He can create Universal Threats beings.

9. He opened a BIG HOLE on Eternity, that not even the Multiversal being Abraxas could do the same.

10. When fighting Nebulos, Living Tribunal was losing so he call for an power amp: The Flames of the Faltine, yes, the same power of Dormammu, and before that LT could more or less go toe a toe with Nebulos, this just show how powerful is the Faltine Flames.

11. Stephen said that no one on Earth could against Dormammu at his full power, as well that the Universe is in extremely dangerous while Dormammu continues alive.

To be honest this could go either way IMO.

Feats might go to Team 2 but I think in terms of overall power and hierarchy I`m giving it to Team 1.

@pablosl: Ehhhhhhhhh, Well.... that was one of the first appearances of LT, so with The Staff of Polar Power he might be Multiversal or above that, but without he got killed by a mountain falling on him, Nebulos himself is weak, with The Staff that he is powerful.

molecular control should not matter since everything in SMT is made of Data, mind rape shouldn´t matter either since both DF and Luci null Mind attacks

DF and Luci also didn´t got a scratch when their universe exploded, both are only one tier below YHVH who is basiclly the most powerfull nigh-omnipotent in fiction (DF might even defeated him, depends on youre interpretation of the message in DDS)

DF´s pierce should also see some use, ignoring physical resistance makes them not more resistant to it then any human
