Delsin Rowe vs Spider-man

This fight takes place in NYC Times Square. It is current normal Spider-man and Delsin is Good Karma and if he gets the chance is able to take Spidey`s powers, cause in this scenario and in my opinion, Conduits and Mutants are the same basically. Morals on, fight to K.O. or Death. Just to be extra clear Spidey is normal version, super strength, agility, Spidey sense, web shooters, etc. Delsin has all his powers. Who wins?
