Defiant and Enterprise D Vs. Tantive IV and Imperial Star Destroyer

Star Destroyer vs Enterprise is always a heated debate on other forums I frequent. Despite being a fan of both Star Wars and Trek, I'm really not sure. I guess I'd pick the Star Destroyer, but that's a gut pick, nothing real scientific.
