Since they're both intangible, Wally can't do all that much, and then the two can, eventually, either possess him or envelop him inside his cloak.

Because morals are off for Flash. He runs in, kills Sidious, and Sidious's Essence leaves his body. There is nothing Wally can do to Sidious's Essence/spirit. At best, he could stalemate him. On top of that, purely as an Essence, Sidious has traveled between planets, such as from Endor to Byss or from Da Soocha V to Byss. Endor is literally half way across the galaxy from Byss, and it only took a year for Sidious to reach it. FTL travel over numerous lightyears and maneuverability as he taunted Luke once suggest he may be able to possess Wally. Flash may or may not be able to see him, if Sidious so chooses.   Stalemate or possession for the win.  (Just for the record, Sidious has relativistic operational speeds. Although, considering Wally can steal speed and move FTL, it makes no difference anyway.) "

I don't think Ice Man is touching him, not sure about Aspen, and alot of people ignore the OP and post straight away, so i thought i would just re-post new rules, it doesn't really matter "

The problem with fighting Wally is his operational speed is too high. You need someone with relativistic combat speed to even have a chance. Either that, or simply exist in a state in which Wally can never harm you (i.e., Deadman).
