@joewell: Jesus why. Batman 1 Million AND Karate Kid. Did you even need to add 3 other people?
You're the hero this forum needs.
Pai Mei
Svetlana Belikova
Bane
Shang Chi
Agent 47
Tried to make a list without previously mentioned characters, not sure how well it would stand up though...
Is Mister Negative considered a street leveler?
If so...
Mister Negative, Luke Cage, Kaine (Scarlet Spider), Spot, Gravity

Captain America, Black Panther, Taskmaster(udon), Mister X, Deathstroke.
Done and done.
Taskmasker is above street level. Being able to mimic abilities with ease and become better then the person than them are street level.
Sensei Wu can use Ninjago on Captain America. Until you tell me what defense he has against a super fast tornado-like energy projectile, when he doesn't even have prep-he loses.
Yes, don't go on me saying 'I know nothing about Captain America" I do. I've read 9 of his comics, he just.doesn't.have.it. against Wu.
Good pick on Mister X if I may congratulate. but Rathbone's sword work is too quick for him to comprehend..Rathbone did some crazy stuff with 1 hand right behind his back, watch:
I will work on the rest later.
@MasterJohn: I went fiiiirst, i should be first * crys like a three year old * i should go first, i should
Can someone define what exactly is "Street Level" as I am uncertain as to the exact bounds, I thought street level meant regular to moderately enhanced humans but no other "powers". Could someone clear this up for me?

Street level: People like The Riddler, or Penguin, or Hitman.
@TotalBalance: that about right, if you have no to little powers then your street level, i'd say max power level would be BM1M

Samurai Jack!
Lord Rathbone can beat Samurai jack..
Erm...no, he can't. Jack is significantly faster, stronger and more durable than him. I'm 100% positive of that. Rathbone would never hit him to begin with, ever.
Jack is basically the Karate Kid of Cartoon Network.

You caught me off guard again, Samurai jack is not street leveler. I'd say he's just above due to his speed and none of my team members being able to hit him.
This isn't a under Living TRIBUNAL level thread, it's a martial arts/street leveler one, which brings less stress...
Jack is street level. He is a normal human who has trained or learned all his abilities, from jumping to speed and endurence feats, Jack learned them all.

No. No he isn't. He is totally street level. He can copy fighting styles, not powers. Due to his strength, speed, durability, etc, levels, he falls under street level.
