Decepticons (Movie) vs. Live-action Superhero inhabitants of New York

Scenario:

* Megatron and the other Deception's are back, and they once again make their way to earth willing to kill and dominate the human race. However, the Superheroes of NY are aware of this, and must team up to bring the Deceptions down.

Deceptions:

The Deception team consist of 5 different Deceptions all appeared in the Transformers movie series:

* Megatron (TF 1,ROTF,DOTM,4)

* Starscream (TF 1)

* Barricade (TF: DOTM)

* Blackout (TF 1)

* Scorponok (TF 1 & 2)

The following team will consists of NY superhero inhabitants who appeared on film or on a live action TV series:

* Daredevil (Daredevil TV series)

* Punisher (2004)

* Spiderman (TASM Series)

* Rorshach (Watchmen)

* New Avengers Facility inhabitants (AOU & Ant-man):

* Falcon (MCU)

* Captain America (MCU)

* Vision (MCU)

* Black Widow (MCU)

* War Machine (MCU)

* Scarlet Witch (MCU)

* Nick Fury (MCU)

* Ant-Man (Ant-Man)

* Night-Owl (Watchmen)

* The Comedian (Watchmen)

* X-Men mansion inhabitants (X-Men):

* Professor X (X-Men)

* Storm (X-Men)

* Wolverine (X-Men & The Wolverine)

* Beast (X-Men)

* Colossus (X-Men)

* Shadowcat (X-Men)

* Kick-ass (KA & KA2)

* Hit-Girl (KA & KA2)

* Big Daddy (KA)

* Note: I didn't feel like adding all of the superhero's pictures since it would take a long time.

Rules:

* No help/interference.

* Winner by death/KO.

* Morals on.

* 2 days of prep for both teams.

* Team 1 is blood-lusted.

* New-York is heavily populated during the fight, and takes place during the day.

Blackout could solo with that pulse explosion thing he had.

Daredevil solos, he beat Kingpin.

Deceptions could just throw barrage after barrage of bombs, rockets, bullets etc... I don't know what the team 2 could do to that!!

Team 1 easily. A mutant or two is really what stops this being a stomp!

Johnny Storm is a huge factor here. Along with Sue, Thing, Wolverine, War Machine, Storm, maybe Colossus and even Ant-Man, I think the NY team can take this.

Team 2 in a hard fight.

A lot of those heroes are street level and are going to have no effect.

The heroes that will win this for their team are Johnny Storm, Sue Storm, Vision, Scarlet Witch, the "X-Mansion inhabitants," which is a ton of powerful mutants, Storm, Colossus, and especially Shadowcat, whose phasing disrupts technology. Reed Richards, Beast, Prof. X and Nick Fury will be on prep duty helping the people I just mentioned to use their powers most effectively. God knows what Richards can whip up in two days. I don't think this will be too hard for them, honestly. The X-folks fight Sentinels as tough as Transformers all the time.

Including everyone in the X-mansion is kind of overkill.
