Decepticon Invasion Runs the Gauntlet

This is a re-creation of the invasion from Dark of the Moon. Instead of the Autobots, Sam, and the military going into Chicago, it will be superheroes. Will the invasion have been successful against the following heroes?
 
The heroes have 6 main objectives: 
1. Save Carly 
2. Destroy control rod 
3. Defeat Shockwave 
4. Defeat Soundwave 
5. Defeat Megatron 
6. Defeat Sentinel Prime 
 
Round 1 
Captain America 
Batman 
Grifter 
Snake Eyes 
 
Round 2 
Luke Cage 
Wolverine
Spider-Man 
Black Canary
 
Round 3 
Storm 
Sarah Rainmaker 
 
Round 4
Iron Man 
War Machine  
 
Round 5 
Hulk 
She-Hulk 
Green Arrow
 
Round 6 
Green Lantern (Hal)

Stops at 7 or possibly 6. Without prep none of these teams can stop the robots until you get to the real heavyhitters in round 6 and above. If somebody said it stops at 5, I won't argue.

They stop at 5 or 6 definitely 7. Iron Man & War Machine would put up a decent fight.

How durable are the Transformers? Can they handle extreme cold? Lightning? Vulnerable to EMP's? If so they could stop at 3.   

Round 8 is so unfair, robots vs master of magnetism =)..

Stops at 4.

I think it will stop at about 4 or 5.

Possibly 5. But they surely get beat by round 6.
