Deathstroke's Team vs Captain America's Team

I don't think Deathstroke can solo (although there was the justice league fiasco) but I do think team 1 wins pretty solidly.

It comes down between Bats and Deathstroke on who can better utilize an hours prep.

Team 2.

Team 2 should win....this is how i see it...Batman is a brilliant prep master...but so i Deathstroke...Deathstroke uses 90% of his Brain Capacity and his Brain can work 9x faster than the average human....now Batman isn't a joe slob with prep...he's on of DC's best prep masters...he's came close to beating Deathstroke before...Batman should have access to his Gadgets and a battle suit...Batman can get his hands on a battle suit here....now that will be dangerous...Jean Paul Valley's new suit enables him to lift about 7 tons....Bane on Venom isn't above that....we've seen him lift 6 tons, and he becomes slightly faster...it was never specified in how much faster he becomes....but he has equipment over Bane...now Deadpool is a jobber, but he's unpredictable, and he has a TP device....but Cap can take Deadpool, Deadpool's jobbing should give him a loss. And Cap with his Shield is dangerous....X-23 can take Ravager...Ravager has lost to Cassandra Cain, X-23 has durability over Ravager too, Ravager hasn't impressed me yet...Moonnight is a weak link IMO, but he should help.....and he could possibly take Deadpool...this is a tough battle, but overall i gotta go with Team 2...

In the end it's gonna come down to Deathstroke and Deadpool from team 1,and Azrael,X-23 and Batman/Cap(depends on who goes after Tasky and Slade) from team 2. I assume we're still using Pre-Flashpoint versions.
