Deathstroke/Deadpool vs Bat Family (with a twist)

Location: Gotham City Hall

Deathstroke and Deadpool have been hired to kill the Mayor of Gotham (by Ra's Al Ghul).

Both mercs have a months prep and are approching the location.

Standard weapons and morals.

Bat Family consists of Batman, Robin, Nightwing and Batwoman.

Bat Family are aware of the threat but don't know who the assassins are and they are on location from the beginning.

Win for the mercs: killing the Mayor

Win for the Bat Family: Stopping them killing the Mayor and arresting the mercs.

As the bats don't know who their looking for this is what happens:

Deathstroke sets up with a sniper a few blocks away while Deadpool (using his holographic projector) walks in disguised as some random dude with 20pounds of plastic explosive hidden under his jacket. Deadpool gets within exploding range and detonates (due to his healing factor he'll be fine but the Mayor will be blown to pieces). Any Bat people who aren't caught in the blast will get picked off by Deathstroke.

Or Deadpool simply teleports next to the mayor using his teleportation device and BOOM goes the dynamite!

This is just 2 of the least inventive ways this could happen Deathstroke and Deadpool with a months prep would be deadly.

Deadpool / Deathstroke are both good enough they could probably walk in, beat the @#$! out of the bat team, and then just pop the mayor. I mean those two with prep time can pretty much take out anything. You're talking a force to be reckoned with throughout the DC/Marvel multiverse.

If they had Months of prep the bat-family would already have figured out their plans and how to counter it. As well as, what Deadpool's powers are if they didn't already know as Deadpool exists in this version you made of the DC universe. Deadpool's healing factor isn't going to be useful against someone who isn't trying to be lethal.

With that much prep Slade could kill the mayor without anyone knowing he was in Gotham.

Deadpool and Deathstroke....with months? That's like giving Superman Flash level speed, Hellbat Armour, Wonder woman's gear, and Make him the size of Galactus.....it's too OP to live...Deadpool would spray paint the entire fckin Batcave then go back to the mayor....

The mercs get a sniper rifle and find a good vantage point to perch on, wait for the mayor to come within their crosshairs, and then shots are fired.

R.I.P Gotham Politician.

Slade with prep= Utter annihilation of the opposition

Wade with prep= Same thing but more flash and over the top style, remember Ultimatum?

@area52: Wade's healing factor will be VERY useful against Bats & crew.

Batman & crew might not go in for the kill but they aren't above breaking bones and making opponents bleed if neccessary.

That healing factor makes Wade virtually immune to the standard batarangs/ shurikens and highly-resistant to sleeping darts. It also allows him to have insane endurance and staying power that the Bat family doesn't have.

But all that doesn't really matter since they won't even be fighting Wade. They'll get hit by an air strike followed by a harvester operated by DP himself while explosions and Salt N Pepa are playing in the background.

Nightwing goes for Deadpool. Bats, Batwoman and Robin can stall Slade, till Nightwing's finished Deadpool. I could see Slade mustering a complex plan so that they win though.

@apocofist: Is he immune to Bat-cuffs? If they know he has a healing factor they'd chop off his head and keep it separated from his body until they can encase his entire body in steel like with Conquest.

@area52: That's a huge IF and extremely difficult to do even in a group.

Also, he's there to assassinate the mayor and not necessarily fight them.

A prepped DP can approach this from multiple angles such as sniping or levelling the entire place with explosives and then there's Slade.

Although they don't know who's behind the assassination at first they're a family of famous detectives they'd figure it out. They'd have an android mayor replacement which would be 'killed' and then when DP and Slade think they've won they'll go their separate ways because I doubt Slade would enjoy the company of Wade. And because they're divided they will be conquered. They could use anesthetic gas in a trap to knock them out.
