I am not convinced Ds's sword can hurt Thing. Thunder clap or ground pound to get dazed DS and then it is over.

Im going with slade. Hes a combat/tactics genius. If he sees things skin is too hard, he'll immediately look for soft points and strike his eyes with his sword. I literally just finished reading a teen titans issue(#6 i think) and he took a speed blitz punch from superboy. That makes me think that in the low chance that thing actually were to connect, slade could take it without being KO'D

Thing is a wrestler and if anybody watches or practices MMA then you know wrestling is the best base for fighting….Plus he's out of his league in strength,

Honestly this is almost spite if you don't include Deathstroke's PIS feats.

@Raffels: nice scan, but aquaman is stronger than thing. And like i said. I doubt thing would land hits. And againm hes taken hits from superboy. Oh and again, i repeat, hes smart, he'll see that things skin is too thick so he'll go for the eyes. Heck, he can just dodge thing shile hes charging at him and make him go thru the wall and let him bfr himself out of the building. Slade wins.

@spiderman1997: yes he can win with a thunder clap but he has also tagged spiderman who is faster than slade by 4 times and has an early warning.

Slade is too fast and skilled to be hit early on in the battle. And with Slade's weaponry, he is going to get past the Thing's durability eventually. The great thing about a promethium blade.

@cable_extreme: Deathstroke hasn't injured anyone with durability comparable to Ben's before with his blade so why will he here?

Stroker goes for the eyes before Thing knows what hit him. I think thats the only part of his body thats NOT stone. Do either of them have knowledge on the other? I hear Slades a beast with prep

No. My scenario doesnt require thing to fight dumb, it simply requires thing to fight like thing and slade to fight like slade.

@karazor-el: Well you have him charging at Deathstroke like some dumb brick and not the Smart veteran superhero that he is.

Either way I've shown scans that Deathsroke can get hit by someone strong….who was also blind so if Deathstroke is dumb enough to get close good for him.

Thing's eyes are small and he has a large stony eyebrow. They may be invulnerable for all we know.

From that scan you posted, slade seems to think a drop kick would have some effect on aquman(pff lol). And then is surprised and said man, this guy is tough. Here that wont happen. The OP says he has knowledge on thing.

@Raffels: theres a high possibility that it would go down like that. Slade blasts some shotty shells to No effect. He smiles tho since he knew theyd have no effect since he has knowledge on thing. He continues to shoot(or can use his staff) while talking about how hes going to gut Suzzie and then blinds thing with his sword. Thing is now blind and pi$$ed off. Thing falling out of the building for a bfr is very likely.

Thing. The arguments for Deathstroke in this thread seem to be predicated on Thing fighting like a moron, which is entirely unlikely considering how experienced he is in superhuman combat with a variety of opponent.

@Raffels: ot stands for battle field removal. Once removed from the battlefield its over. Per the rules, the battles are won by any means, i.e. death, ko, incap, bfr. If an OP wants to specify that bfr, incap, or ko is not allowed, then he will do so. Per the rules. So bfr, is a means for victory here.
