Deathstroke should pull off a win here. He shrugs off bullets like nothing, is probably a better combatant then Frank is and he's a hell of a lot stronger and more durable.
However if we're using "War Zone" Punisher I think he'd actually do a bit better than Tom Jane. Seemed like more of a physical threat than Jane.
