Deathstroke vs Team Avatar

This scenario goes exactly like the plot in season 3 of Avatar. Zuko has hired a deadly assassin to track down Aang and his friends and kill them. Only this time, instead of getting Combustion Man for the job, Zuko enlists the help of Deathstroke the Terminator.

Deathstroke (pre-New 52) is informed of the capabilities of all the members of Team Avatar. He is armed with his promethium broadsword and mail armor, blasting staff, and 2 mp5s. (Assume that promethium is immune to Toph's metalbending).

The fight starts exactly the same as Combustion Man's first encounter with the group did. It's the middle of the night, and the group is sleeping. Toph wakes up and announces that she senses someone approaching them from the ridge above. Then the fight begins.

Just for clarification for those who did not see or do not remember that episode:
Team Avatar consists of Aang, Sokka, Katara, Toph, and Appa.
Aang has mastered airbending, waterbending, and earthbending, but can not firebend. He also can not access the Avatar State.
There is a river next to Team Avatar's camp, and a large rock quarry behind them.
Sokka has his boomerang and war club.
Assume, for the sake of fairness, that Team Avatar knows what guns are.

As explained before, we don't know how fact the reactions are for the avatar team when it comes to guns. DS is an excellent shot and even if they weren't Promethium they couldn't be metal bent due to how fast they are going. I doubt toph could stop them even if she tried. With that said the two mp5s is more than enough to simply end all of team avatar besides Appa who then slaps and kills DS with his tail lol. Anyway Assuming by feats and feats alone avatar most likely loses due to guns. If not prolly a toss up.

It's a real toss up but Deathstroke has tagged faster beings than Aang, has dealt with geo kinetics like Toph before and Katara's waterbending can be dodged. I'll go with Deathstroke due to his marksmanship and superior tactical thinking.

Anyone except sokka can solo
