Slade doesn't have a sense of humor at all. Taskmaster is like one of those douchebags who laughs at his own jokes and thinks he's the greatest thing in the world, but nobody else thinks he's funny.
Nick Fury however is actually a master of the dry wit/deadpan humor. He's a consistently comical guy often dripping with sarcasm. He stomps this, give him some real competition.
