@monsterstomp: Cyborg Raiden was able to clear hundreds of meters of space while half dead from blood loss in less than a second. His famous fight against the Gekkos only lasted a couple seconds, Snake and Naomi take off in a sprint right before it starts, then at the end it's revealed they only traveled a couple yards. Later during Act 4 when Raiden fights Gekkos in real time, he's completely invisible to the human eye. That's not short dashes or escapes, his FIGHTS are actually faster than the eye can see. Old Snake has comparable reaction time to Deathstroke and not even he could perceive Raiden.
