Deathstroke vs Qui Gon Jinn

Deathstroke is equipped with his Nth metal armor and promethium sword as well as the rest of his standard equipment. Qui Gon has his lightsaber and full access to the Force. This is composite Deathstroke and Legends Qui Gon, though the movie feats take priority. Fight is to the death and it takes place in an abandoned warehouse (start 20 yards apart and visible). Who wins and why?
