Slade has his promethium sword and a adamantium knife. 
They fight on the streets of Gotham City.   
Slade has his eye.(since he is blind now)
Both start 30 feet away.
No prep time. 
Win is by Knockout.

It shouldn't be a stretch (bad pun, I know) for him to do the same here.

. Directly copied and pasted from Comicvine: He can reflect sharp weapons such as bullets, darts, knives, etc. but he is not invulnerable. Though it is difficult to do, his skin has been cut. Because he is like rubber, he suffers all the drawbacks of it, like melting in heat and freezing in cold conditions.  Comicvine and marvel.com are both user edited. It's not official. That's why i wanted to know if it was shown or stated in a comic book that he can't be cut. I see no reason why a promethium or adamantium  blade would not cut him

Wolverine cant cut him. So i doubt slade will. I'll make these big.
 

@Bucketz: It is said that it is almost impossible to lacerate Mr. Fantastic unless he consciously allows penetration. 
 
Correct. That means that with his consent you can easily puncture or lacerate him such as if he were getting a doctor shot or something. But it says "without his consent it is ALMOST impossible. That means it is possible. So as unlikely as it is, Reed can be cut, punctured etc. Nevertheless Reed does win this fight. I just wanted to make sure the "can't be cut" argument was true before i started using it in battle.
 

I don't see why you guys think Deathstroke is so much better than Reed when Mr Fantastic has beaten Dr Doom

I think your pic of Reed says all anyone needs to know about Reed feats. This is a massive mismatch.

Slade took elongated man down with his blast staff which the OP doesn't have here. He wont win under the OP's conditions. Even under normal conditions it is probably debatable. I guess an argument can be made Reed is stretchier than elongtated man all though I don't remember any feats for Ralph.

I know Mr. Fantastic is super durable and can tank most blows but I don't see him beating Slade.
