Deathstroke vs Mr. Fantastic
@Bucketz: Slade has taken on Superhumans that are difficult to harm. He'll find a way. Please tell me a "way. Mr. Fantastic is invulnerable to lacerations so the Promethean sword and adamantium knife are a non-factor. Mr. Fantastic has been hit by many heavy hitters in the past and has been fine. Mr. Fantastic has even stopped a raging Thing. Deathstroke is a cool character but he loses.
@JediXMan: Hm? I want to see the scans of that fight. Do you have them? Not on hand. Happened in Identity Crisis. Deathstroke set off a series of explosives, which took out Elongated Man - he was actually the first to fall.
This is the best I have: (the red, black, and yellow thing at Deathstroke's feet is an unconscious Elongated Man)
@pooty: Mr. Fantastic is invulnerable to lacerations due to his skin.Directly copied and pasted from Comicvine:
He can reflect sharp weapons such as bullets, darts, knives, etc. but he is not invulnerable. Though it is difficult to do, his skin has been cut. Because he is like rubber, he suffers all the drawbacks of it, like melting in heat and freezing in cold conditions.
Comicvine and marvel.com are both user edited. It's not official. That's why i wanted to know if it was shown or stated in a comic book that he can't be cut. I see no reason why a promethium or adamantium blade would not cut him
@Bucketz said:I was going to do a direct copy from Marvel.com but I don't need to. It is said that it is almost impossible to lacerate Mr. Fantastic unless he consciously allows penetration.@pooty: Mr. Fantastic is invulnerable to lacerations due to his skin.. Considering he is just fighting Deathstroke, he will dense his body to not be lacerated by the weapons. This is speculation because as it is said he will not be cut unless he is consciously allowing himself to be penetrated. So maybe he doesn't even need to dense up.
Mr. Fantastic wins.
Correct. That means that with his consent you can easily puncture or lacerate him such as if he were getting a doctor shot or something. But it says "without his consent it is ALMOST impossible. That means it is possible. So as unlikely as it is, Reed can be cut, punctured etc. Nevertheless Reed does win this fight. I just wanted to make sure the "can't be cut" argument was true before i started using it in battle.
@Bucketz: It is said that it is almost impossible to lacerate Mr. Fantastic unless he consciously allows penetration.nonononono. The almost is the "if he allows him to be penetrated." No blade can cut Reed if he does not allow it unless it's a lightsaber or something. Any blade (sword, knife ect.) can't cut him. But something magical I guess or not a blade can. The Promethean Blade definitely can't and I'm pretty sure the Adamantium can't as well.

I have been looking up info and apparently it is virtually impervious to laceration, so i'm pretty sure he can't be cut by adamantium or the prometheus blade unless he is willing to do so. Maybe if Mister Fantastic stands there and Deathstroke starts cutting at Mister Fantastic's arm for maybe an hour than it might cut thru, other than that I don't think he can be lacerated without his will.
I don't see why you guys think Deathstroke is so much better than Reed when Mr Fantastic has beaten Dr Doom
I think your pic of Reed says all anyone needs to know about Reed feats. This is a massive mismatch.
Slade took elongated man down with his blast staff which the OP doesn't have here. He wont win under the OP's conditions. Even under normal conditions it is probably debatable. I guess an argument can be made Reed is stretchier than elongtated man all though I don't remember any feats for Ralph.
@brucerogers: Is Reed immune to piercing dmg ?
@originalcaptain: Basically. Wolverine couldn't cut him.
@brucerogers: I see ... And I thought all these years that piercing weapons are his weakness lol
