Rules:
Misaka gets 30 minutes of prep and gets 50 coins to use for her railguns.
Deathstroke gets 5 grenades, his bo staff some hand guns.
Battle takes place in Academy city.
Time limit is infinite, opponent taken out by death, K.O, or restraint.
Scenario 2: Same except Misaka gets help from her partners, kuroko, and uiharu. Deathstroke in this round gets 25 minutes of prep.
