Deathstroke vs Lady Shiva (New 52 versions)

I'd probably take Slade

Haven't seen Shiva in the New 52, but overall she should take it.

If Batman (standard gear) isn't beating Slade, neither is Shiva. Shiva isn't that much better at hand-to-hand than Bruce, and she doesn't carry around nearly as many useful gadgets either. Not to mention Slade's physicals are considerably better than they were pre-52.

@omnicrono Then we don't know how he'd fair against New 52 Slade and your ABC logic falls apart.

1. Pre-52, Batman couldn't beat Slade largely because of Slade's superior physicals.

2. In the New 52, Slade's physicals have been substantially increased, being able to recover quickly from such things as being impaled by his own sword, explosions at point blank range, trading blows with Hawkman, and even tanking a nuclear submarine getting dropped on him.

3. Batman and Shiva were always pretty evenly matched pre-52, with Shiva recognized as being a little better from a pure martial arts standpoint, but certainly not stronger physically. Batman's New 52 physicals appear to have increased also, but not nearly as dramatically as Slade's.

4. In the New 52, Shiva beats a younger, less experienced Batman in their first encounter (took place in the past when Dick was still Robin) by getting the drop on him and first poisoning him with a shuriken.
