Deathstroke vs Kraven

Deathstroke has taken up a contract on Spidey. On his way to kill Spidey he runs into Kraven who is also hunting Spiderman. The two of them only prepped for Spiderman and are completely unaware who the other is (so random encounter). They exchange insults and dialog and begin to fight.

This is New 52 Deathstroke he has 2 pistols, his sword, and his Nth Metal armor

Kraven has 2 Axe's duel wieldable with adimantium blades(to be fair), a spear, his cloths are vibranium weave (to be fair).

I would say Kraven, you guys are underestimating him. But honestly since Deathstroke is superior in tactics I think he wins, though this would be a very close match.

Hmmm....

If it's current Kraven, I've got to give it to him, as IIRC he's essentially undead with a powerful healing factor, and can only be killed by Spider-Man. But Deathstroke definitely doesn't go down easy. Against the classic Kraven, I'd give it to Deathstroke, but still a good match.
