Deathstroke vs Joker (with goons)

Ok so this is my first battle thread. Be nice lol.

Deathstroke

New 52 standard equipment but both New and Pre 52 feats allowed.

Vs

Lets use Pre 52 joker since his he currently has very little showings. He has standard equipment.

To aid him he gets five henchman with sub machine guns and 5 clips apiece plus New52 Harley Quinn with standard equipment.

Joker only has a ten minute heads up that Deathstroke is coming.

Deathstroke has no prep time.

Here is the location, Joker has a small set up in the middle. Slade can aproach how he wants.

It would be closer than you think, im not sure about the new 52 Joker but Joker is a tactical genius and has come up with many phenomenal plans, And Slade, being able to approach however he wants, will obviously go at them straight on, Joker could very well take advantage of this. Im still going to say Slade, because he is a bullet dodger, and could easily kill them all once he reaches their general vicinity. I could see joker putting up a Fight, but losing in the end.

@CalebHara: Slade is more than a bullet dodger, he jumped through a full moving fan like it was nothing and beats the Teen Titans so badly they pay him to leave. How are Joker and standard goons gonna even pose a challenge? He's twice the tactical genius the Joker is, and he has substantially superior stats to Joker and Harley, with a nice healing factor and immortality.

In what world is this close? No offense intended, but this is a massive slaughterhouse.

Deathstroke takes teams beyond what we have in the OP. You could honestly give the Joker 20 more henchmen and 24 hours to prepare. The fact that Deathstroke can approach however he pleases basically gives him a little time to scope the place out, analyse the scenario and slaughter everyone before they get a gunshot off.
