Ironman dosn't let people steal his suits. It only happened like once. You need to be one of the registered user's like Tony, Pepper, or Rhodey

Deathstroke's definitely a character I like, but he definitely won't be able to defeat Iron Man. He might have a chance to, but not sure if he plan of action(s) will work out for him. Maybe if he creates like a nuke or something and sends Iron Man in ground zero radius of the bomb site. Who knows, it might happen! I'm giving Deathstroke a 1% percentage of winning this match up. Iron Man wins 9 out of 10.

The movie has no bearing on the comic, which unless otherwise stated, you use the canon material, and the movie is not canon. As well, in a battle scenario where there is nothing listed, these are the rules we go by as per the battle forum rules:

"When these things are left out it’s generally assumed that characters are fighting to the best of their ability but still within the limits of their personality, using their standard gear, have no prep time, and are their current mainstream versions. Their starting distance is close and the setting is most often a city. Without any specifications to a battle, those are what we go by. It’s always best to give as much information about the fight in the first post."

So, if the fight starts within a close range, there is no prep involved (so no stealing armor before the fight), and Slade has just his standard gear...then this idea of him stealing Tony's armor is not happening, especially since the IM armor is not in Slade's list of standard equipment to start the fight with...

Not a fair fight.
