I made it so piccolo cant use blasting power's! and I've seen deathstroke tag speeder's! like kid flash! piccolo didnt really fly much in dragon ball and if he did he didnt use it in combat!

Yeah.. I hated the whole growing thing and I'm pretty sure his only ever used that once! so for thread sake lets just say he couldn't do that ( I don't mean to take away again :S ) Also Deathstroke could easily see Piccolo arm stretch coming..
