There is a new player in the DC underworld who's been gaining power and influence to the point he's become a thorn in the side of some major players. Deathstroke has accepted a contract to take this upstart down, and to do so messily.
The only intel available to Deathstroke is the name of his target, Stephen Lords. He also has Lords' location and a breakdown on his security detail (a dozen bodyguards armed with handguns and smgs), and is aware that there is a group of Deathspawn ninjas acting as Lords' personal bodyguard (two with katana and two with kusari-gama, all with shuriken).
What Slade's intel does not tell him, is that Stephen Lords is in fact the translord, Deathwatch.
VS.
Deathstroke is the 52 version, but equipment is standard (ie. non-nth metal) for classic Deathstroke.
Deathwatch will not interfere in any battle between his minions and Deathstroke, instead feeding on the death energies released and empowering himself for the conflict with the mercenary. He will be armed with a handgun and a katana of exceptional quality.
The final battle will take place in Deathwatch's spacious office area.
