Do they have armor? This actually did happen before and it was a draw (they shot each other) but slade was less damage due to his armor. All though ignoring that showing I think deathstroke has better reflexes.
@jashro44: I was going to make it standard armor/equipment. But since that more or less already happened, I'll make it they're both without armor(because I want it to be more about each character's capabilities than anything).
@XiiX: I would go with death stroke. As I said I think he has better reflex feats and he also has a healing factor (so if deadshot does beat him to the draw there is a better chance slade could still be standing)
Floyd's tagging of speedsters leads me to believe he's quicker with his hands. Slade has tagged Flash obviously, but that's almost always through predicting his movements and is really more of a tactical feat.

Slade also tagged impulse with his staff as well. And it did take Floyd a few shots to tag a speedster (unless your talking about when he had his gun against captain boomerangs head? But I don't think thats a showing Slade can't do to be honest)

And as far as a random encounter is concerned, in a fight, Slade doesn't have an answer for Daken's pheromones.

@jeanroygrant: Spider-man and wolverine might be questionable I will admit. However there is always Jean paul Valley and Cassandra cain who can arguabley beat him. Mister X is another contender.

Slade could also be beaten by Gorgon, and if Slade is a Street-leveller then Wolverine is. Slade is stronger than Logan, from what I've seen. Honestly, I've never really seen why people don't consider Howlett street level, although it seems to be a fairly common opinion.

How fast is Impulse? Can I get some scans or context for the instance?
@nickzambuto: Impulse is Bart Allen. I don't know much about him but he is a flash so its fair to assume he is fast. Here are the scans. I don't believe he was moving at his fastest just saying deathstroke has tagged speedsters with his accuracy as well.

Yea I read the debate between morpheus and gambler. It was very good. As for wolverine personally I think he is beyond street level. Wolverines claws are capable of cutting people like hulk and gladiator and he can tank hits from people who are class 100. There are a few people he can beat who are beyond street level IMO, he's in the grey area.
@jashro44: Cyclops can beat people above Street Level, and Deathstroke has made a career of doing it. Daken beat Skaar, and he's street level. Batman beat half a dozen white Martians. Plenty of Street Levellers have beaten people well above their level. I don't think that changes the fact that they are street levelers.
@Esquire: I don't consider cyclops a street level except when he is holding back. We have seen cyclops do the "get off my lawn" blast before and street levelers wont survive that. When batman and deathstroke beat people beyond street level is usually either with prep or there is pis (like some of there fights against wonder woman). Hmm, so you're essentially acknowledging Street Level Plus as an actual tier. I can go with that. But I'm not convinced that Deathstroke wouldn't go on that tier, with his stats + skill. I mean, he has better stats across the board than Daken and he has Nth Metal/Promethium gear to match up with Adamantium/Muramasa, and he also has enough skill to go h2h with Batman and Cass, even if it's his stats that let him survive.

Yeah, the guy that spars with Supergirl is street level whereas the guy with claws isn't.
