Deathstroke has a more diverse arsenal, enhanced physical abilities, a healing factor, better feats as a martial artist and tactician, so I'm siding with him.

Deathstroke imcomparable rapestomp. He'll mount Deadshot's head on his wall. He took down Green Arrow, Black Canary, Kyle, Wally and Zatanna in Identity Crisis. And he did it with virtually no effort.

Deathstroke would pretty much win no matter what, but Floyd isn't going down without a fight and I'm more than positive Slade isn't a better shot than Floyd. That about the only advantage Deadshot has, but with Deathstroke's healing factor, agility, and superb fighting skills. I doubt it makes enough of a difference.

@Trinity00: They had a stalemate in Villains United (shot each other numerous times) and the other time it was Deadshot AND Bronze Tiger versus Deathstroke. Slade actually took down Floyd pretty easily and had him at his mercy, but when Bronze Tiger distracted him, Floyd had a moment to react and shot Slade.

than it should be a stalemate I guess because in the previous thread dead shot got 2 days of prep.

He definitely doesn't win this easily.

Deathstroke wins, the only thing Deadshot has over him is marksmanship, but Slade can get past that and get to Deadshot without a ton of trouble.

They do a standoff in Villains United. Big difference was Deadshot stayed down and Deathstroke left with a booboo.
