Well to be fair the op only allowed two guns and two swords and didn't limit deathstroke at all... but in general deadpool > deathstroke in terms of killing each other as deadpool has something that negates Healing factor... But deathstroke is more skilled and a much better thinker of the two. btw Deadpool is not a clone of deathstroke but of spiderman and wolverine....he is basically a combining of the two with the name being a homage to slade.... the look was spider man.. anyways for this fight...I have no idea as in those two days of prep could slade not get the sword that Wade isn't allowed to use and use it to kill him??

Deadpool's healing factor did seem pretty strong, Wade was able to heal from having his entire face blown off, but I can't remember seeing him perform anything that impressive skill-wise so, as long as this isn't a battle to the death, Deathstroke should take the majority once he's thought of a method of incapacitate.

BUT, Carbonadium neutralizes healing factors. Making it highly effective against guys like wolverine, Cap, and Slade.

That is canon for 616, so it is definitely not PIS.

Oh okay, but Wolverine and Deathstroke are not the same... Slade can think much faster than wolverine and has better physical stats. Add in nth metal armor

Correcto, but they're alike in that neither one of them can heal from a carbonadium injury. Basically, Pool can regenerate from ANY attack Slade sends his way, and the same is NOT true the other way around, thanks to that sword.

wade doesn't have his Carbanium sword as the OP says he only has two swords and two guns, so unless we assume that is one of his swords then he doesn't have it...

Where is Slade going to find a volcano in the middle of Brooklyn streets? Where the OP said this fight takes place.

Plus Deadpool can regenerate enter lost limbs, and as far as I know Slade's healing factor can only repair damage, not replace (hense the lost eye). So even if Slade does cut him in half and throw half of him into a volcano, the other half that he didn't throw down a volcano would just replace whatever it lost.

Not sure, Slade did once heal from getting his brains blown out by a shot to the face.

Deathstroke *may* be a match for *some* version of Pool (though I doubt that), but NOT this one. Not even close.

Deadpool has the better healing factor, and Slade has no way of keeping Deadpool down for good. This version of Deadpool also has the sword specifically designed to kill those with healing factors, Slade's included. Plus, this Deadpool has killed an entire version of the Marvel Universe. Including Galactus, Thanos, Silver Surfer, and a bunch of other beings that Slade wouldn't stand a chance against.

Deathstroke would put up a heck of fight, but he'd eventually lose.

Deathstroke can eat dirt. No way of predicting why Pool with do. He's insane & irrational. He cannot be predicted.

Deathstroke. People, Deadpool killed the depowered and featless Marvel Universe through PIS ways. He killed SS and Thanos off panel, we don't know how he did it. Deathstroke is still this Wade's physical superior (as he is to most versions) and his staff could freeze him in place as it has an ice function.
