I think Slade is a hair faster with Cap being a hair stronger. These two are very close to one another. Cap 6/10.

I just want to note that current deathstroke is a 3-4 toner due to the armour. It was stated in deathstroke 14 it makes him faster and stronger iirc

He may need that level of strength. Cap's durability seems to be up there.
