Cable doesn't have his telepathy, and his telekineses is in a weakened state. But it should be strong enough to give him an advantage.

Cable's a high ranking telepath (last time I checked) and I think he can just like, Mindwipe Stroke. Not only that, but play Marvel vs Capcom 2. That finisher is bad ass. LoL.
