Nightwing can already give Deathstroke a good fight. Batman can't do much but he's good enough to tip the scale in Nightwings favor.

Deathstroke as I'm assuming he still has his promethium armor for the encounter,so that puts a hamper on moves such as nerve strikes,touch of death and Lepoard Blow.

Can't decide. DCnU Batman hasn't shown much (from what I've seen in Detective Comics) in the way of combat, and I haven't read Nghtwing, whereas DCnU Slade is an absolute beast. Then again, strength in numbers... and... I mean... Batman... ARRRRRRRRGH I'll say Deathstroke.

Didn't this happen in Infinite Crisis? And didn't DS whoop them both and almost kill Nightwing?

IIRC, Batman, Nightwing, and Robin 3 took down Slade in Infinite Crisis.

Strictly hand to hand, I'm going with team.

While Slade is too much for either alone, the fact is, both have indeed given Slade a decent fight. Together, they should prove too much.

And in DCnU Batman hasn't been 'rebooted' so to speak so we can still count his pre 52 feats ... can we not?

@Super_SoldierXII:It was confirmed that Batman and Green Lanterns pre Flashpoint stories would still be in continuity, so yes they count.

Also DCnU was shown jumping 20 feet into the air in JLA so I'd assume he gained a physical upgrade.

In terms of fighting Slade, yes. He just seems to give him closer fights for some reason. Most likely due to fighting him since he was a child.

I remember Slade's fight with Batman from his own monthly and also the fight against Nightwing also from Slade's monthly so it may be a bit biased.

Personally though, I believe they are better fighters than he is, and that a doubleteam would be effective as his stats were what gave him the wins. Wilson was so messed up after his fight with Batman that he had trouble with some scrub who kicked horses for a living.

No what he's saying is Dick has had frequently better showings against Deathstroke over the years. He's battled him for years, he knows him very well.

No Tim,Dick and Bruce fought him during Infinite Crisis and the three beat him, Nightwing was almost killed after that when he took a blast from Alexander Luthor to save Bruce's life.

Deathstroke. And I'm curious, when you say "frequently better showings", are you counting the showing where Dick himself said Slade could kill him without even breaking a sweat?

@CitizenBane: I'm counting the various ones where he has held his own,although he's never come close to winning against Slade one on one. All I said is he has the better showings against them Bruce(Which is true) I've alread voiced my support of Deathstroke.

Agreed.

Even though it can be argued that it's likely Bruce would have had a better track record against Slade had he fought him nearly a dozen times, like Dick has. Writers can't have Nightwing getting stomped every single time, and Bats probably would have received the same treatment if it came down to it.

I know their are a lot of Deathstroke fans out there, but really this is too much. Batman, and Nightwing? Deathstroke goes down. Chance encounter or planned, with prep time. Batman, and Nightwing together will take him down.

In H2H do you mean with no weapons or Gadgets? Nightwing fights with night sticks and Batman relies heavily on gadgets. If its truely H2H Slade should take it because they are both crippled. Slade fights with a staff or sword but he is faster and has beaten Batman in H2H pretty bad a few times. And Nightwing uses the sticks to be on par with batman in fighting since his technique lacks alittle compaired to Batman. Im having a hard time seeing them even injure Slade if he is wearing his promethium/kevlar armor, without the use of nightsticks or gadgets.
